Manual use for oak barrels

Please unwrap the barrel after arriving in your winery or destillery. After that, please fill the barrel with cold clear water for about 48 hours to proof the barrels for any leackages.
After emptying the barrels, please allow 24 hours for drying the barrel before filling it with wine or alcohol.
Please contact us if there should be any problems with the barrel during proofing it with water!
